Edlets advertise a range of Edinburgh based accommodation for short stay rental. We currently advertise self catering apartments, B&B's, hotels and guest houses and rooms for rent. Whether the accommodation is available all year round, or only during the festival or Hogmanay period, we will be happy to list it on edlets.com. 

During the moth of August the Edinburgh Festival brings 2.6 million visitors to the city. As you can imagine accommodation is hard to find for both visitors and performers. To cope with the demand many local property owners rent out their private homes.

Edlets.com invite property owners and managers to advertise with us free of charge.
We do not charge an initial joining fee, we do charge a commission on all confirmed reservations.

How to advertise:

Advertising accommodation on edlets.com is quick and easy.
The fastest way to get your accommodation listed is to complete the registration form online.

Alternatively, send information about your property by email to accommodation@edlets.com

Please include:

• The address and postcode of the accommodation you wish to advertise

• A description of the accommodation, including the sleeping facilities available
  (No. of bedrooms, No. of single beds, No. of double beds, sofa beds etc)

• The dates your property is available.

• Some digital images of your property
  (digital photo's sent by email are prefered, however we do accept hard copies)

Send us your contact details including:

• Your full name

• Your address & postcode

• Your email address

• Your landline telephone number

• Your mobile telephone number and work number

Your Advert:

• Edlets.com will create an advert for you free of charge.

The Reservation Process:

• Guest send an accommodation request through edlets.com

• An email is sent to the host requesting price and availability.

• The hosts response is then sent to the prospective guest.

• The prospective guest accepts or declines the booking

• If accepted the guest fills in the reservation form pays the booking fee which is a percentage of the full accommodation fee

• Edlets send a reservation confirmation email to the guests and the host

• The remainder of the accommodation fee is then payable to the host as per their terms
